-MEN-
TOMITA
Today, I took care of the tumbling pass on floor which I had missed yesterday
and each landing. From now on, I'd like to concentrate on each element.
I'll try hard for a medal at the coming worlds.
TSUKAHARA
I'm satisfied with my performances over these two days. I'll upgrade the
events which don't have 10 SV to get 10 SV. In horizontal bar, which has
had some problems in recent competitions, I am practicing layout Kollman
now, and I'd like to do this in the worlds.
KASHIMA
I think I could perform well on pommel horse, parallel bars, and horizontal
bar, so I could get good scores. I realized again that I will need to have
a 10 SV routine on rings. I hope to win a medal at worlds, so I'd like
to try harder for this.
KASAMATSU
I was 11th in the secondary trials, so my mental condition was very tight
during the training, but the training really prepared me well for the competition.
I regret that the first event of each day was not good. I hope we can consolidate
our power to win a medal in the team final at the worlds.
SATO
I'm not satisfied with my performances. I made some mistakes, but it was
good that I didn't miss on horizontal bar over the two days. Actually,
I suffered from fixing the first part of my horizontal bar routine. The
skin of my hands almost peeled off. I got very nervous about being a rookie
member of the worlds team. I had not imagined I would be at worlds, but
I'll do my best as usual.
YAMADA
It might be improper, but I enjoyed myself in this trials in a way I had
not experienced in years. I missed my Kollman on horizontal bar, the very
last event in the NHK Cup, but I'm glad that I could make the team. There
are still two months, so I'll train harder to add some elements to my routines,
increasing SV, and work on better landings.
-WOMEN-
ISHIZAKA
I'm satisfied with my stuck landings on vault over the two days. I could
also stick my landings on beam without any big mistakes, even though I
missed connecting the series for bonus points. I'd like to improve the
landing on my double pike on floor; I always land in a slouch. In the worlds,
I'd like to perform with confidence, and try harder always with a smile.
OSHIMA
I could do good routines on floor over the two days. Today, on uneven bars,
I got rushed, and couldn't dismount with my usual double layout. On beam,
I couldn't hit all of the sequence. In the worlds, I'd like to get bonus
points for higher SV and perform as I always do.
SAHARA
I fell off beam on my mount on Day 1, but today, I did not repeat that
fall. I'm satisfied with my floor routines over the two days. In the worlds,
I'd like to get bonus points from all the judges. Also I'd like to perform
decisively with as few deductions as possible.
MIZOGUCHI
In Day 1, I had a lot of mistakes as a whole, and missed on uneven bars
and beam even though I was confident. Today, I was trying to relax, and
do my routines decisively and it brought me good results. I hope we can
gather our power and try hard in the worlds.
TAKENAKA
I'm satisfied with my performances without big mistakes in this competition,
but I couldn't hit some series and got big deductions. I'll practice to
be stable in the series for bonus points. I'd like to do well to score
as high in team total as possible in the worlds.
MIZUTORI
I'm satisfied with my performances over the two days at the NHK Cup. From
now on, I'll try hard to score even 0.1 higher in the landings, etc. In
the worlds, we'd like to encourage each other and do our best.
